Through the Eyes of a Rainbow Child Foundation aims to ensure that children of all ages have a safe, warm and loving home through adoption. We do this by increasing awareness around the value of adopting and promoting the practice among every family. The Foundation's primary purpose is to provide financial assistance to families who are committed to adopting.
